midge-vickieThe first retreat Midge and I facilitated together overwhelmed me and blessed me to the depth of my being. Father placed me in a unique role as co-facilitator, prayer person, and preparer of meals. He drew out gifts He placed within me long ago. When Midge asked me to serve with her as a co-facilitator for these retreats, my heart leapt, and Father confirmed this is indeed what He wants for me in this season.

I want you to come and rest at His feet in a safe place, be covered in prayer, and fed in your spirit. I also want you to be fed well – at breakfast lunch, and dinner! I love to prepare meals; it is a great blessing when enjoyed with my sisters in Christ.

As I was in prayer the Lord showed me many women coming to these retreats. They were weary soldiers: battle fatigued, covered in dirt, bruised, and exhausted. They had recently been taking shelter and hunkered down in a bunker. However, the bunker no longer felt right to them. So they stood up and said “This is it! I am marching forward. Out of hiding, walking, fighting, and running only as Father directs because He is the commander of my life! I want all of Him. And He says, ‘Daughter, here I am.’”
I look forward to serving each of you.
